• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Core Routers for the HEC Project (Pakistan Education Research Network) ManagedServicesHEC-PERN2.
(Huawei NE-80E,NE40E,NE20E, Cisco2811,C2900,Cisco2801,Cisco3845)
• Maintain (backups) logs, configuration files & database files of NE 80E, NE 40E & NE 20E.
• Manage user and exchange account creations, terminations and general maintenance utilizing Active Directory.
• Granted end users access to network shares and establish security groups and permissions through group policy.
• Performed troubleshooting and resolution of desktop/laptop hardware and software issues, including: Cisco VPN,
• All new NE’s connecting on Huawei/HEC POPs configuration.
• Performed troubleshooting and resolution of desktop/laptop hardware and software issues, including: Cisco VPN, LAN/WAN, printers, proprietary software, wireless connectivity, Avaya IP issues and modular messaging

• Routinely on-call and available to address, troubleshoot and resolve emergency outages 24x7.
